Spatial Planning Solutions was established to provide expert professional planning consultancy for private and public sector clients in the development of a wide range of planning matters at local and regional levels.

The consultancy provides services in planning & development and strategic investigation of resources.

We have a proven track record in spatial planning, preparing planning applications and appeals and making submissions to Development plans and Local Area Plans.

Our specialist technical expertise and knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) gives us the edge over competition as we can spatially analyse demographic and economic trends and generate maps for projects where required.

Based in Cork City in the heart of the South region, Spatial Planning Solutions has up to date extensive knowledge and practical experience of the Irish Planning System and can provide reliable and practical advice and support to clients across a variety of disciplines.

Spatial Planning Solutions was set up by David Moore, a planner, MBA graduate and specialist in the use of information systems in resource development.
